Overview

Staff and Faculty have access to a variety of learning technologies adopted and supported by the university's IT department and the TLC. Below you will find an overview of these apps and platforms and where to find guides and support.

Recording and Editing Suite at the TLC

The TLC has a bookable workstation in a private room for instructors to use any time the Library is open. Use it to edit projects, record lectures, podcasts or interviews. Email tlc@ecuad.ca for bookings.

Computer: iMac Pro (32gb ram, 8 Core Intel Xeon)
Mic: Shure SM7B x2 on table mounted arms
Audio Interface: SSL 2+ Audio Interface with 2x Headphones out
Yorkville Studio Monitors and 2x Sennheiser 280 Headphones
A webcam/document camera on articulate arm
Software: professional and popular recording and editing software such as Adobe CC, Logic X, Final Cut, Camtasia, GarageBand, iMovie and more.
